The Xcel Neighborhood Retrofit Program brings whole-home electrification to select neighborhoods in the Denver metro area. Funded by Xcel Energy as part of its Clean Heat Plan, the program provides significant financial incentives to help homeowners switch from gas to high-efficiency electric heat pumps — dramatically reducing energy costs and carbon emissions.
