Founder and CEO
Grant Gunnison
Grant founded Zero Homes after training as an engineer at MIT and building satellite communications hardware at NASA. He grew up around his family's general contracting business, which is where the company's central conviction comes from: the problem with home upgrades isn't the equipment, it's everything that happens before the equipment shows up. He was named to NREL's inaugural West Gate cohort in 2022.
